I don't have a chess teacher and a good enough computer to buy softwares like Chessbase. However, I REALLY like chess and want to improve my game. So, what is the best way to study in this condition? Thanks.
Play long games where you can pontificate for great time...
Watch pro games, watch some game analysis on YouTube, do tactics.
Mostly play games. More you play -> better you'll get (maybe)...

1. Practice
2. Study openings online (there's a lot of resources available)
3. Review and analyse your games
4. Do tactics/training puzzles

Tactics. The Old Masters. The New Masters that fit your style. Openings that compliment your awesomeness. Tactics. Tactics. Tactics.
Find a book that suits you. You can browse lots of them on Amazon and look at sample chapters and the table of contents to decide if you like the look of them.
Maybe something like one of these:
http://www.amazon.com/Chess-Training-Budding-Champions-Jesper/dp/1901983471
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Learn-Chess-John-Nunn/dp/1901983307
Don't pick a book that's too advanced for you though.
Also if you're enthusiastic, consider joining a local club. (Your workplace or school might have one too.)

You don't need a Chess software like Chessbase. Lichess does all that a software can do.
Also there are free softwares like 'Arena' which are excellent.
If not use youtube or google there are lots of free training material to use.

I have no idea how people are still recommending Arena. Ugh. Get Scid vs. PC and Lucas Chess. All you will ever need, and the interfaces aren't awful like Arena.
@Goresh
There's lots of options.
* Tactic puzzles every day. Do them on various sites, not just on lichess or only on chess.com or chesstempo or ideachess.
* Let stronger players review your games, and give you personal chess suggestions.
* Think about getting a chess coach (there are some working for free in their spare time for fun).
* Study annotated master games, see for example :
http://www.endgame.nl/
* Join a chess study group. For example mine :
http://www.chess.com/groups/home/achja-chess
Good luck, have fun ! :)

This one is pretty good for new players. The basics are well explained, and for each lesson you have practice,so you can see did you learn the lesson :) There are puzzles too,and it's free :D

Well, you can use the Lichess' video library to improve and learn! You can watch all the 1274 free videos here: lichess.org/video
You can also train playing puzzles. You have 10 000 puzzles here!
lichess.org/training
Or just watch Lichess TV or watch good players playing :P
lichess.org/tv or lichess.org/players to watch good players' games.
