As a leader of team I should have ability of stop my members in the middle of game when they lose on purpose but I can't do that. It should be change by lichess. Thanks
It shouldn't really make a difference if they do that since only the points from the top performers of each team count anyway. And if they lose on purpose a few times they'll hardly play against the top performers from other teams. Though you can and should still report such people since losing on purpose is obviously not allowed.

Agreeable thought but way too much room for abuse. Would make team battles a hell.
