A New Champion

RONDEP is the first winner of the GPTS Championship, with four rounds to go.

After a slow start tonight, he pulled down an impressive 8 point lead held by XEIBI, to win the tourney and take the title.

The 13th round of the GPTS takes place next Sunday at 20:00 UK time.

What is GPTS ?

(If you look on my profile right now under 'posts', this thread was never started, and my most recent comment didn't happen either!)

So all I'll say, before someone shuts me up permanently or puts a bullet in my head or something ( :D ) is that RONDEP is a worthy champion and I only wish Lichess would adopt this style of tournament. If they do, I'm happy to buy the trophy!
