Pretty much as the title says. Most people aren't interested in playing cheaters, but some might want to allow challenges from other people.
To keep cheating bans "silent", the cheater could simply be given a message saying that player only accepts challenges from friends regardless of which option the player has selected for that setting.
Agreed, this should probably also be set as default as I assume the vast majority do not want to play cheaters in any way shape or form.
I have also thought about an idea of implementing a similar feature for cheaters where their ongoing game is cancelled or resigned in real time and kicked from any tournament they might be playing as soon as they are labeled a cheater by the automatic system or admins. That way the damage they have done, such as "stealing" peoples rating points and tournament points and ranking doesn't get as affected as if the cheaters were just able to play on.

#6 - don't accuse people of cheating on the forum, it's one of the very few forum rules.
If you suspect people of cheating, please analyze two or three of their suspicious games. If after computer analysis you still feel they are suspect, report them via the interface (go to the player's profile and select "report member") and link to said suspect games. Thanks.
