It was not in the last hours! It was in last weeks too.
I search statistic, cuz my oppent said "too much players". How many is too much, what is the average players/games nr. etc. Some post, some announcement when it happens. When it happens, NOT after. Like this. (forum, blog, somewhere) I searched in those sites. No results, no statistic.
Play at your own risk. = Less started matches, less "quitted" good matches, less cry for points.
Seems like it is happening again, I had a lot of lag in 2 games, and now it just says re-connecting and lost the 3 game as well because of that
