Chess and ADHD

Oh, that's good!
Now I have an excuse to play chess during classes instead of doing work.
Bullet or faster is bad. From blitz on, the slower the better

I only have anecdotal evidence, but I know when kids with ADHD play chess in my chess club, they are more calm and more focused. It seems to me when the brain is stimulated at a deeper level, it is calming for them and they can sit still longer and focus on a chess game.
