The minimum time control to have a decent chess game

Hello guys, in your opinion, what is the minimum time control to have a good, high quality game of chess that you can really learn from ?

Thanks.
The minimum time control where I feel like a semi-decent chess game is possible is probably around 3:00, or blitz. However, it all depends on level. If you spectate a 30 second game between 2 of the highest rated players, the average accuracy in that game would likely be greater than that of two 1200's playing a 10 minute game. I see that you're around 1850 ish, so I'd say that 2+1 is viable. However, if you really want to LEARN, go for longer time controls, such as 10:00 or even 30:00. Participate in OTB events, where the time control is 1:30:00+30 (or any variation of that time control, depending on the tournament). That really forces you to think through every possible move and idea.

5 hours per side. You can also learn from shorter time controls, but to produce a high quality game takes a lot of time. I am talking here for the average chess player, not about some grandmaster.
