Shown position in game seems not to be the "real" position. Seems Bug to me.

I just had a game with the Username "Telephone_player".
The game went weird. The move of my opponent was not shown but it was on me to make a move. I lost queen and rook by this and resigned.
Can this be a connection issue (my connection seemed stable all the time), a hack, or what was this?

Maybe a developer is able to follow the "Telephone_player" and can log what happens?

In the moment I castled it was to prevent Nf7 and I played Rf7 because I saw the Knight still on f7 to get Knight and bishop for rook and pawn.
