I can't play

For the past week I have logged in to this site, and I have no options for gameplay.

There is apparently no one in the lobby or correspondence, and I can't enter a quick match.

Furthermore, if I try to enter a tournament, it redirects me back to the lobby screen where, again, no one is there.

I don't think my account was banned, but I don't know how to check if i was.

Can someone help me out?

You will also see this message if you hover your mouse over your user name. Don't cheat and you won't get banned.

It's weird because I can't see that message if I hover over my name. Maybe that's the point?
