That's bug or feature?

@Mohamedkhemkham : yapp, but if a pawn moves the 50 move rules start from the beginning (because the position is changing) and the player did move his pawns before 50 moves.

@Sputnik_Monroe so maybe lichess offre him to claim the draw whenever he wants (or for a minute) or it's really a bug
