But that's the thing : 90 % is extremely unlikely in any true Democraty and only dictatorship get these scores at elections (like Syria for example) exactly for what I said earlier, rigged elections and no opposition...
Wtf man?
You think Russians like to be governed by a corrupt autocrat?
And let’s assume they do for a second, what’s a 2 day lichess ban gonna accomplish?

Please use your grey cells, and then answer to the several topics on this matter in

Well they might have voted for Putin many years ago because they believe in his lies, but now they can't get rid of him. They suffer from it aswell.
#11. again, that's what they did with their country themselves. and I am sorry, but 2 thousand protesters in 150 millions country do not impress me much, when russian army attacks Ukraine. and yes, of course, symbolic actions against russian people should be taken by civilized world to show that something went really wrong and they finally have to do something about it in their own state.
#13 right-right, just like Germans suffered from Hitler long ago. we should understand and empathize poor-poor russians who can't do a f*ck about their country

Well we can't agree on that, plus lichess is free (as in freedom) software and is not politicised (I think), so I highly doubt banning anyone based on the events will happen.

Anyway stay safe
Those that are guilty of war crimes in Ukraine must be held accountable. Their savage acts of betrayal strip them of the right to legitimately be recognized as Russian. This misadventure in Ukraine is not Russian, it is evil. True Russians are opposed. True Russians will prevail.
I respect Russians who play chess. In order to attract attention. in order to make them think about the country in which they live. this is partly the fault of every Russian

Glad to hear you haven't gone down the path of hate. I get your point, I'm just not sure about the solution you are providing. Spread truth instead, don't ban them from free web !
Salute Ukraine. I go to this Russian School called "Russian School of Mathematics" known as RSM. My parents are planning to not continue. I am really happy. But I'm also sad because I love math and don't want to waste my parent's money. But it's for the best.

Ukraine, I hope you survive!
